How far ahead should we contact you?

Six to eight weeks for a corporate party and three months for a conference. December dates usually fill up by September.

Do you find the venue?

Yes. We propose three options that fit the brief and visit them with you. If you already have a venue, we work with that.

Do you work outside Baku?

Yes, especially for team building: Guba, Gabala, Shaki. Transport and accommodation go into the budget.

What if the weather turns bad at an outdoor event?

Every outdoor event has a backup plan, either a marquee or an indoor hall. The call is made two days beforehand.

How is the budget calculated?

Every cost (venue, catering, technical, performers) is shown on its own line. The agency fee is listed separately as a percentage of the total.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% advance on signing, and the balance after the event together with the report. Payment by bank transfer, VAT included.
